Hi, I'm Gemma
bought the Cook Stars Vale of Glamorgan franchise in Nov 2023 and have spent the last year learning how to run a business and delivering children's classes for schools, charities and organisations.
The parents often tell me that they want their child to be able to cook because as a parent, they can't cook themselves which they don't want happening to their children. That has inspired me to buy into the FedLine franchise.
I am looking forward to working alongside adults and helping them to develop their cooking skills, understanding of ingredients and increasing their knowledge of how to make meals on a budget, which is highly important in a world where everything we buy and use is becoming so much more expensive. I love cooking and being creative in the kitchen, I want to make a difference in my community and inspire adults to cook with increasing confidence not just out of necessity but also a love and zest for cooking.
I am looking forward to working with organisations as well as individuals in the Vale of Glamorgan with the aim of addressing and tackling food poverty
