Helpful ingredients to achieve tasty meals in the future
Each participant will also receive a Fed Line 'Ingredients Tool Kit' in a reusable shopping bag. This is full of helpful ingredients such as herbs and spices that will help people achieve tasty meals in the future.
At our courses participants will learn skills that can be drawn on in the future. This will people to be able to buy cheap ingredients (eg. yellow sticker / discounted items) and combine them with cheap store cupboard staples, plus the ingredients provided in their Ingredients Tool Kit to achieve a delicious filling meal.
All participants will also have a set of 20 recipe cards which are different to those given out at the classes. These are useful to cook cupboard staple meals and use ingredients typically provided at food bank. They are useful to refer back on and to use time and time again.
